If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your hosting experience within the first 14 days, you may request a full refundโ€”no questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted through your FINCOHOST Client Area by:

  • Submitting a cancellation request via WHMCS, or
  • Opening a support ticket under the Billing department.

Once verified, refunds are processed within 14 to 36 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
  • Security services and malware removal
  • Website repair or cleanup services
  • Dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, and third-party software licenses
  • Any service that has already been fully provisioned or completed before the refund request

These services involve costs that are irreversible or directly paid to external providers.

4. Partial Refunds and Prorated Credits

Refunds requested after the 14-day period are not eligible for cash reimbursement.
However, FINCOHOST may, at its discretion, offer account credits or partial refunds for unused hosting periods in special circumstances.

5. Violations and Disqualifications

Refunds are not granted for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of:

  • Our Terms of Service,
  • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or
  • Any form of abuse, spam, or illegal activity.

Such actions automatically void eligibility for refunds.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14โ€“36 hours after confirmation.
Please note that depending on your payment gateway or bank, it may take 3โ€“7 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
